Nest Hub has lines on screen/blurred lines

Nest hub screen has now got lines on it and is blurred/not as sharp as it should be.  I have factory reset the device but is still the same.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you have on your Google Nest Hub device’s screen. Can you share a photo showing these lines? Also, when and where did you purchase it?

Apologies - I've been away.

I am unable to upload an image........please advise how I can upload an image.

 

 

 

You can see from the image below that the far right hand side of the image is clear; if you zoom in you can see the rest of the image has black vertical linesPXL_20231003_144418674.jpg
