Can not connect nestHub to home Wifi. Our wifi name does not show up on list, we even entered it manually with no security and still won’t see it. Can any help or I’ll have to return it and get refund.

@Dani68, thanks for reaching out. Have you had the chance to try the steps Dianahemes provided? To further isolate the issue try to use another phone and observe if this will make a difference.
