Hi, my nest hub screen appeared with horizontal lines out of no where. We had wifi connection issue previously and we didn’t re-connect our nest hub for a couple of days and suddenly the lines appeared. I did factory reset and it still is the same. I did not drop the device at all. Any solutions to it?

im having the same issue on my Hub Max. just screen problems out of nowhere and google has been absolutely zero help.

@sabber08, we appreciate you doing the factory reset, isolating our concern. Follow the steps below to upload a photo.
@Jimmy_J, it would help a lot if you could do a factory reset on our Nest Hub Max for us to know if the horizontal lines will disappear or not. Also, if it persists, kindly send us a picture showing the horizontal lines on your Nest displays.
