Hi,
I have some problems with my Nest Hub I guess it happened after an update, the issue is that after device is starting up the screen just goes white but audio works, I can interact with the device using my voice but screen stays white all the time. i can swipe up and increase volume/brightness but going to settings will not show anything (maybe it does but the screen is white so I cannot see anything).
I am attaching my device info and a picture with the screen
Can anyone help me or I just need to wait for a new update?

A few other customers have reported this issue in this forum (see link below), but no one from Google has responded to the post. In searching for "white screen" I found a couple of other posts as well, with no clear resolution. Perhaps you need to contact Google Nest Support; the only way I know how is by starting here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

@MplsCustomer I contacted the support and sent them a video with the issue, I'll post here any info that may help others.
