Nest Hub sleep sensing 2024

Will Nest hub sleep sensing cause charges on 2024?
Google tells: "Enjoy a preview of Sleep Sensing at no extra charge through 2023. In 2024, Google plans to integrate Sleep Sensing into Fitbit Premium". 
I cannot find any information what exactly is happening with sleep sensing on 2024. I switched off sleep sensing to just be sure that I am not charged for using it.
