I've asked this question a couple of times and the thread is closed before I can reply. So, here it goes.

Original Question:
The Nest Hub does not stay on the clock, even though I've set it up to do so. I've followed these steps already:
  1. Open the Google Home app on your Android device or iPhone.
  2. Tap on your Nest Hub or Hub Max from the room it is assigned to.
  3. Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner and navigate to Photo Frame > Full screen Clock.
  4. You will be presented with 11 different clock faces along with their preview. Tap the clock face that you like, and it will be applied to your Nest Hub.
I just want it to display the time if I'm not interacting with it. It shows whatever I ask it to do, like turn on the light, and that's displayed, instead of going back to the clock.

Answer:
Hi Indalécio Camargo,

Thank you for your post. I understand your concern of wanting to see the time displayed while having your lights on.

Unfortunately, the command (in this case, light) will always be displayed first over the time, that is just how the Google Nest Hub was programmed to do. The command gets priority because you are using the device, while the time is just a screensaver that shows up when your device is idling and not in use.

Thank you for your feature request. I appreciate you sharing your feedback and ideas, I will pass it along to the team. You can also share your feedback through the Google Home App.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

My answer now:
You didn't understand. The screen saver with the clock is NEVER displayed after I give a command.

As I said, if I tell it to turn on the lights, it will say "Sure, turning on the lights" and it will display 100% brightness on the screen and stay with that on the display, FOREVER! What's the point? Why doesn't the screen saver comes on at that time?

Hi Indalécio,

That screensaver clock should come back on after the other request is done. I'd estimate about 15 seconds or so before my display reverts back.

Sorry that your original post was misunderstood. Can you try doing a factory resetand see if you still experience this issue. Make sure you are using the original power adapter as well.
Let us know your region and your display's language setting.

I'll try the factory reset and let you know.
I'm in California and I use the English language setting.

Thanks for the update. The reset should help. If not, try rebooting your router too...just..in...case that helps. Then post back.
