I've just changed my broadband provider and am having a nightmare connecting my devices. I have 2 x nest hubs and 1 of the older 1st gen screens. They will not connect to wifi, I've tried everything including connecting directly to the devices via WiFi and using 2.4ghz and 5ghz. The setup wouldn't work I initially and then 2 of them eventually connected by themselves. I've since powered one off and it will not connect. After just rebooting my router, the second also now won't connect. I've checked router settings and all looks ok. Pulling my hair out here so hoping for some help. I should point out that I have a Nest Hub max, Android TV and Chromecast ultra all currently connected to wifi ok.

Hi Andym,
Thanks for posting.
Sorry to hear about what you are experiencing with your Google Nest Hub. I appreciate all the detials you've shared as well as the steps you tried.
Since other Google Home/Nest speakers as well as Chromecast can connect to your WiFi without any issues, we'd like to ask you to try setting up your Google Nest Hub using a mobile hotspot so we can further isolate the issue. From there we would now what would be the best steps to try on.
Keep us posted.
Best,
Princess
