Nest Hub2 sleepsensor

The sleep sensor cannot be activated. it says; "can't save settings" Factory reset it several times. Been that way since it was new. Nest Hub Gen2

 

What's wrong?

Thanks for posting here in the community! I understand how inconvenient it is when you're not able to activate the sleep sensor. I'd be happy to help!

 

I also appreciate all the efforts you've made. Let's try the following:

  • Try connecting your mobile device to a mobile hotspot. Sometimes, a weak signal can interfere when you're trying to set up sleep sensing.
  • Try using another mobile device or tablet to set up the sleep sensing through the Google Home app. Learn more about sleep sensing through this article: Sleep Sensing on Google Nest Hub (2nd generation).

I have a strong wifi signal. My 2 other Nest Hub works just fine.

I have tried 3 different mobilephones.

I have factory reset the device 3 times.

I came a bit when i try to activate the sleepsensor, but when i come to the end, i get a message "Can't save settings"
