Nest Min - 2nd Gen

Hi ... My Nest Mini stopped working this morning - I have tried to reset, reboot, factory reset, does not show on the app so can't do anything here? It just sits there with four white lights continuously on? Any ideas or has the thing just packed up?

I am also having this issue, I have tried the reset button , as well as the unplug it and plug it back in 11 times techniques from other posts I found here., I am unsure of what else can be done.

Same thing happened with my Google Mini Nest Gen 1 yesterday... When "Plugged In" the unit shows "4 Steady White Lights".. does not CHANGE

If I press the reset button on the base of the unit, the first white light turns green whilst the other three stay white?

Same for me, but no factory reset.
