Nest Mini 2 crashed and only shows green light when reset button pushed

Hi,

My nest speaker has stopped working and when you push the reset button a single green light comes on. I've tried to unplug it and plug it in and wait 10 seconds 11 times which hasn't fixed it.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
