Nest Mini Spotify

My Spotify account will not link to my Google nest mini. Says something went wrong, please try again. Any help would be great!

Hi GW04,

 

Thank you for using this channel to get help from us.

 

I love listening to music too. A few things I’d like to ask– is this the first time that you will link your Spotify account? Do you have a premium subscription?

 

Let’s try to force close and reopen the Home app, and as soon as it’s done, go back to the Home app and link your Spotify. If this won’t work, uninstall and reinstall the Home app and try linking again.

I have already tried all that. I have Spotify premium. It acts like it is going to link. A checkmark comes up then it just closes and says something went wrong, please try again.

Thanks for confirming that. How about trying these steps?
 

  1. Log out of the Spotify Account on Mobile App or PC
  2. Unlink Spotify from Google Home app
  3. Link Spotify account in the Home App
