Nest Mini Two Dots

My Google Nest Mini has two white dots, and the unplug 11 times tip did not work for me. It only shows me the two white dots, and nothing else. Help!

Same here!  no possibility to restart, after disconecting same problem .

So I ended up trying the unplugging it 11 times solution and it finally worked. Very annoying 😤

Yeah mines doing it as well wtf is going on. It's only on the one. I have one for everyroom in the house and it's on only one of them

Mine as well. What gives? Just one out of three in my home, the newest one that was just purchased and set up for Christmas 😩 Worked great on Christmas. My son went to his dads, came home today and his new Google mini doesn’t work. If anyone has tips please share, their troubleshooting tips page is no help.
