google home mini power is

My google home mini is not turning on at all.

Tried different power adaptors, reset option and also reconnect device 11 times as suggested in another thread but still no luck, can someone please suggest how can I get it repaired, Thank you.

Thanks for your reply and yes I am still having issue with my google home mini to turn on power.
Really appreciate if you can suggest quick solution to give another life to my google home mini.

Hey rajvyas,


I am sorry to hear you are still having the issue with the device not turning on. Do you mind me asking if you are seeing a green LED light when trying to turn on the device? If so, I would recommend trying these steps here.

 

  1. At the side of the Google Home speaker, unplug the power cord and wait for 10 seconds.
  2. Then plug it back in and wait until the 4 LED lights up on top.
  3. Repeat the first step, 10 more times.

If the device is not powering on at all or showing any lights, I would recommend following the link here, this would escalate your issue to a higher Team to review. Please let me know if you have any other questions from here, as I want to ensure you are good to go.

Hi Jake,

Thanks for reply, unfortunately I don't see any light or sound while plug-in. Do you have recommendation to troubleshoot further or it's gone.
