Nest Mini keeps restarting on its own

My google nest mini which is a 2nd generation, keeps restarting in its own randomly. It can be if I’m playing music or even when I’m not using it, I will hear the restart jingle randomly throughout the day. This has only started in the last few months and I have tried checking if it has the latest software (which it has) and also restarting and checking the wire/power connection. I really can’t find a reason why it would be doing this, is anyone else having the same issue or know what may be causing this?

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. To cover all the bases, let's go ahead and factory reset your Google Nest Mini. This will refresh all the settings on your device and require you to set up your speaker again. Follow the steps below to learn how:

• On the side of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Mini, where the lights are on top. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.
