help my granddaughter

My 3yr old granddaughter has discovered she can control my hub max by touch. Unfortunately as she is mute (cerebral palsy) she can not activate YouTube with OK Google play YouTube and needs her family to initiate the device. Any ideas how I can get this to work for her.

Excellent question! The only way to play YouTube or any media on the Google Nest Hub Max is via voice command or casting using a phone, tablet, or Chrome browser on any desktop or laptop device.
