Nest Mini no sound after play 1 song.

Hi, I bought Nest Mini a few day ago and I pair it with my Bluetooth speaker then I. Have a problem after I play music from google nest mini, sound go through my Bluetooth speaker fine but after 1 song sound disappear and come back in a few minute. I don’t understand why but how can I solve this problem.

• Is this a new issue? When did this first occur?
• Does this happen with all types of media/music? (YouTube, Spotify, Radio, etc.)
• When the music stops, are your devices and Google Nest Mini still connected via Bluetooth? Or does it stop the Bluetooth connection as well?
• Have you tried to reboot and Factory Data Reset your Google Nest Mini? Does this issue still occur?
  A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.

Thank you for the reply 

1. No, I just bought Nest mini and try pair it with my bluetooth and the problem happened. Try many way to solve the problem but can not. 

2. Try spotify and the happened still occur after 1 song and the advertising the the sound is gone. But if you wait for 5 minutes or more the sound will come back eventually.

3. I check it in the home app in mobile phone the media still playing but no sound from both speaker (Nest and My bluetooth speaker) 

4. Try reboot and factory reset for more than 2 times now.
