Suddenly my shopping list is not linking with the Nest audio. I can add items to the list but I can't find them anywhere on my phone. I have reinstalled the home app and have reset the Speaker. I have verified that the speaker is linked to the correct email, the internet connection is working, The Nest will read back what is on the list but its nowhere on my phone. It had been working for over a year and now it's not.
Can you ask your Google Assistant on your phone to "show me my shopping list"? Does that help?
Also you should be able to access your list in the Google Home app. Click on your icon in the upper right/ Assistant settings/scroll far down to Notes and Lists/Shopping lists. Do you see the shopping list you are looking for there? If you do, you can create a shortcut for your phone's home screen by clicking on the upper 3 dot menu.
There are a couple of things to check. Make sure you don't have any Digital Wellbeing settings turned on. Double check your Google account on your phone is the same one linked to the speaker.
I would delete all lists and start over. See this help page from Google about shopping lists.
If you are adding items via voice they will go to your primary list.
Just wanted to jump in here to check to make sure that you saw the response from JillG. Shoutout and huge thank you to JillG for the help here. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns as I will be locking this in 24 hours.
Have a great day.
