Nest audio not powering on.

My Nest Audio is just dead.  There is no power at all to the unit. 

LEDs do not glow, the Nest Audio does not make any sounds. Doesn't respond to power supply.

I checked the power supply with a tester, everything is ok. The power supply works as it should, gives the right voltage.

I don't want to disassemble the Nest Audio . Can you tell me what could be the problem?

It sounds like you've already tried some great steps to narrow down the problem.

Based on what you've said, I'd recommend contacting the Google Nest support team directly.

1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
2. Select "Google Home", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.
