Nest audio setup

So let me fist preface this post by stating that I'm not "new" to setting up google devices but at this point I am completely confused.  I purchased 5 more next audio speaker for the rooms In my house, I already have 12 running between my house and patio area and to be honest these speaker will replace 4 dots so I'm really only adding 1.  I have tried to set these speaker up and had no success.  The speaker goes through the process to the point of the update where it tells you it will be 4 minutes and it always ends with the "something may have gone wrong" cause it's taking to long  then the speaker shows up in the designated room on the app but is unresponsive to "hey google", nor will it play music which is the real Intention.   Does anyone know if there's some reason google isn't pushing the update? Because I can see them connected on my router I'm not sure what else to do, I've tried the usual troubleshooting new I need help thanks in advance
