Hi there,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. Sorry that you are still experiencing the issue.  Try the steps below and let us know the result by updating this thread.

  1. On the side of the device, unplug the power cord wait 10 seconds plug the power cord back in wait for the 4 LED lights to light up.
  2. Repeat the first step, 10 more times.
  3. On the last attempt, wait for the device to announce "Welcome to Google Home".
  4. Set up the device in the Google Home app .

Keep me posted.

Regards,

Juni

Hi Sathyajithsha,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.

A few things: does it respond to the hotword “Hey Google or “Okay Google”? What color is the LED status light? Were you able to set it up before or this is the first time that you are setting it up? Are you still using the original power cord?  Are you using a surge protector?

You can plug it in directly to a working power outlet. If you have another Nest Audio try to use its power cord to the one that has the issue and observe if it will make a difference.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Juni
