My Nest Audio keeps disconnecting when I'm listening to music on Spotify.
I usually start out by opening the app on another device (iOS/Android/Windows, they all have the same issue) and use the 'Connect to a device" setting to cast music to my Nest Audio. This usually works great but after a while (seems totally random) the music just stops mid song. When I open Spotify again, the song is still "playing" and is still connected to the Nest Audio.
Voice commands also don't work 50% of the time. Simple commands like "Hey Google, what time is it?" give an awkward pauze followed by an error message.
I already tried resetting the device, reinstalling the Google Home app, creating a new "House" and doing the entire setup process again but nothing seems to work.
I'm on firmware: 2.57.375114.
Any tips on how to fix this issue?

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Google Nest Audio. Upon checking, your device is on its latest firmware version. Since you've already performed a complete reset on your device, could you please share a short video clip while commanding your Google Nest Audio to play music or other commands so we can investigate this further?
