Hello. My partner and I have started to notice that the alert "Nest cam being viewed" is coming up on our Nest Hub Max more and more when neither of us are using it. Normally this comes up when one of us is at work and logs in to the Nest or Home app to see what going on in the house. But sometimes we’ll both be standing in the kitchen without our phones and see the alert come up 5x in 30 seconds. Has someone got access to my cameras?
We are the only ones on the account and never share our passwords.

Hi Novatoan,
Thanks for reaching out.
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. A few things we'd like to ask-- when did you notice this? Are there any other people connected to your Wi-Fi network?
Kindly check if there are others who can access your Wi-Fi network, much better if you will reboot your network and change its Wi-Fi password. After that, let's check if you will still experience the same thing.
Keep us posted.
Best,
Princess

Before you lock this thread as well, perhaps Google Nest Support should investigate the four OTHER postings where their Nest Hub Max is indicating someone is watching the camera:

Hi @Princesss, this unfortunately did not work. We changed our wifi password on Sunday. Today, Tuesday, the alert that the Nest Cam was being monitored popped up 3x in the span of 30 seconds this morning. My partner and I were both in the kitchen where the Hub Max device is and saw it. None of our computers, phones, or tablets were open or unlocked at the time, and we have not shared our password with anyone. Can you help us understand what's going on?
