I've never been so frustrated by a smart product in my life. All I want to do is play sleep sounds off YouTube so. Not YouTube music or Spotify. Sure I can go to the sorry excuse for a YouTube app that's on the device, but all it does is recommended kids gaming videos or movies, I can't see my history or have it search for videos. I can cast videos from my phone, but that's exactly what I want to avoid. I don't want the video to change on the display when I get up in the morning and put on a video to get ready for work, my girlfriend will still be asleep for another hour and I want her to continue to listen to the sleep sounds.
I've tried going into digital well being and disabling music and pod cast while allowing all videos and it just says "sorry can't do that while I'm down time."
This is a device made by Google and it doesn't even have access to a app made by Google. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?!
