Nest display thinks podcast is Spotify exclusive

I used to be able to say, “Hey Google, play the latest episode of The Journal podcast” and it will play via the google podcast app. Now it thinks it can only be played via Spotify and wants to check if I have a Spotify acct. I can still access the podcast via the google podcast app and cast to the device. Same issue is happening on mini speaker.

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest Hub - we'd love to help. A few questions: when did the issue start? Do you have a premium account with Google Podcast? Are you able to play other podcasts from Google Podcast? Also, what are the troubleshooting steps that you've done?
