I have a wired Nest doorbell along with a Nest Hub, 2 Google Homes and 2 Nest Minis. My phone (recent upgrade) is a Pixel 7 Pro. All these were originally set up by my now ex husband. When he left, I had to set up my own Home network as I wasn't the owner on the other & so there were certain things I couldn't do. I did a factory reset of all devices & added them to my new Home network. Since then, my doorbell notifications are not coming through on any of my devices except my phone. I assume the fact my phone is getting them means the issue is related to my various speaker settings? Can anyone help as this is really frustrating me.

Is your doorbell in the same Google Nest "home/structure" in the Google Home app as your Nest Hub, Google Homes, and Nest Minis? Do you have "Visitor announcements" turned on for your doorbell (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451)?

Yes, they are all on the same home/structure, but I didn't know about the visitor announcements, so I have just turned that on. I tried it just now & it made an announcement on the Nest Hub in the kitchen (hooray) but nothing happened on my Google Home in the lounge (boo). I don't know about the other speakers as they upstairs & I can't run that fast 😆 Any ideas why the announcements didn't work on all devices?

"Visitor announcements" won't work if your speaker is set to "Do Not Disturb". And sometimes customers report it can take awhile before they start working.

Hi sianny78,
MplsCustomer is correct. You might want to check the status of each device if the "Do not Disturb" option is enabled. To check each device, follow the steps below:
Also, you can check each device by asking "Hey, Google! Turn off/on Do Not Disturb." Make sure that all devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and frequency as your Nest Doorbell.
Keep us posted.
Best,
Dan

Sorry, I forgot to come back & confirm that, after a bit of a delay, it's all working now. Thanks for your help @MplsCustomer
