Nest home group.

Changed phones and am unable to have my home group of speakers to play music from my phone, the system responds to my voice command, help.

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out. What Google Nest speakers do you have? Have you used the same account when setting up your Google Home app on your new phone? Is your new phone an iOS or Android device? Also, for confirmation since you already mentioned this, you are still able to give command and have your speaker group play music even with the new phone, right?

 

The first thing to know is if all your devices are on the same WiFi network and frequency. That way, even with a new phone, you can still see them on your Home app and control them. Please double check for us to narrow things down.
