Nest hub 1st gen stuck on gray g screen even after factory reset

Woke up today (12.12.2021) with a black nest hub screen. tried unplug and plug it and it turned on but stuck on a gray display with a white g in the middle. Have tried a factory reset several times but still stuck on the same screen

Mine has done exactly the same thing, have tried everything and still stuck in grey screen white the white G
