I have sent my hub off today and told to keep hold of my charger also, so I assume the replacement will be a refurb unit

You need to contact Google online chat. It took me an hour today. My hub is being replaced.

You need to contact Google on the online chat. Has taken about an hour but they are sending a replacement hub out
