Well, any suggestions for me?
Well a year ago I bought a Nest hub 2gen. At first after some time it started to mix languages, English and German. The cause I guess was that the hub is not sold at Portugal, and the version maybe was German. At some point it started working well, after a lot of talks here... not sure what happened.
Now I bought a second lol. Now I guess the version is from a twain. And after 2 or three days started to mix English and chinese Taiwan.
Well, I noticed that in the info at home app, of the display, the one is working fine it says the language is Portuguese, pt-PT, even if it has to work in English, because Portuguese is not supported.
The new one says the language is Chinese Taiwan, zh-TW. I guess it is this that ultimately forces it back.
Any thoughts how can this be corrected and put the 2 working well?
Thank you.

Made a second factory reset, took the plug out 30 seconds, and now appears a pt-PT. Lets see if the chinese language doesn’t come back now.

Hi RicardoVenancio,
How is it going with your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen? Did it stay in the correct language that you set?
Regards,
Alex

Yes, thank you. I guess it is really from what I was talking. The defined language that appeared in the home app. With the second reset it assumed pt-pt. I also did a feedback in the home app.
