My Nest Hub keeps going to a black screen after rebooting it. I unplug and re-plug it in, and have factory rebooted twice but it just keeps happening. YES I tried all and no response. I came home from work and found it this way. I got it last year for mother's day, I need something done and from what All I have read this is a PROBLEM!!!!! Fix the PROBLEM!!! There's no way we ALL have this same problem and NO ONE can fix ????? I am not BUYING a new display...
