By search online seems this is a very common issue with nest hub gen2, there are several same case/post in this community. And google told me my device is out of warranty and they can’t do anything about it.
To me, if this a single case, maybe it’s due to my bad luck and I just wasted $100. But the case is there are obvious an issue with the product itself and it’s a common problem happened quite often.
I think google should take responsibility do something to fix it. Otherwise it’s really make me think of avoiding any google hardware in the future.
