Nest hub max camera stops working for almost a month. (Solved)

I saw a week ago that my camera on the nest hub max stopped working. It doesn't record nothing anymore. Only every day around 1:47 the message :"Dog barking". I removed the nest hub max from the google app, did a reset (volume up/down for 10 seconds} and reinstalled. The installation went fine, until it wants to install the nest cam. When it sees the QR-code it keeps installing until it says: "Something went wrong". But you see the camera in the home app and nest app. Only it is saying offline when i go to the nest hub max camera.

Looking in the home app i see firmware 9.20221010.3.176 and cast firmware 1.67.330920. But also mac-adress 00:00:00:00:00:00. That is wrong. Also i see the nest hub max in the home app offline (So not only the camera). But i can adjust everything in the home app like volume, device info display, etc.

When i go to the nest app and look for the camera i see that the firmware for the cemera is blank. So or the nest doesn't report the firmware of the camera, or there is no firmware for the camera anymore installed.

(Solved).

I saw a strange IP-adres at nest hub max in the home app that was a IPv6 adress.

I needed to turn off IPv6 on my nest wifi pro. Remove hub max from google home app. I did a reset with the volume up/down for 10 seconds. Then reinstalled it, after that it asked for the installation of the nest cam again. Gave it the QR-code and it continued to install it without a problem. I can see the camera again and it is saying that the nest hub max is online in the home app.

The strange thing is that the mac-adres in the home app is stil 00:00:00:00:00:00. But now it is on a IPv4-adress.

Also in the nest app the firmware is still blank.

Turned on the IPv6 in the nest wifi pro and on this moment it still works even after restarting the nest hub max.

Also to be sure gave it a fixed (Static) IP-adress
