Nest hub max working but screen isn't

My Hub Max is working with voice commands. The camera is fine. But when I wake up the screen is stuck on the bootup animation. I need to power cycle to get the screen to work. Again, the weird thing is even though the screen is stuck on the animation all the features are working on the background.
