Nest hub max is back from warranty service. From that moment on, I had a problem connecting the wifi. After changing the wifi settings, we were able to connect to the wifi. After which I got a message that the nest hub max is connected to another user and this user must log it out of his account. What am I supposed to do in this situation?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Nest Hub Max is back from warranty service;" I didn't think Google Nest provided ANY servicing at all. I also don't know what problems you had "connecting the wifi."
But if you changed your Wi-Fi, you also need to do a factory reset, since Google Nest does not provide any other way to update Wi-Fi settings on its devices (except for some older cameras and doorbells).
The message you received about your Nest Hub Max is the error you get if you try to reinstall a Google Nest device without doing a factory reset to clear the Wi-Fi and other settings.
