Nest hub max

Hi 

I am trying to set up my hub max to enable video calls to both my wife and myself and also to accept video calls from both of us. Does anyone know how to set this up as it seems to conflict itself?

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community.

 

You and your wife should have your own emails added to the Google Home app so that Google Nest Hub Max can recognize whose account it should enable when making and receiving video calls. I wanted to verify: do you have different accounts linked to the Google Home app? If not, invite and accept the other account as a home member, then set up Google Meet calling for video calls.
