Nest hub not recording events

Not sure what platform you’re meaning. My nest hub will only record event history first time triggered then stops recording events. I can still watch 24/7 . Also it continues to disconnect from my WiFi or sometimes just shuts completely off. I have done all of the troubleshooting to the extreme of resetting factory settings and forgetting the device and adding it back. Nothing works.

I understand that your Google Nest Hub Max’s built-in Nest Cam is having trouble recording event videos after the first one, but you can still watch 24/7 video history. • When did you first notice this issue?
• Are you able to check the camera's live feed?
• Do you see any error messages or codes when trying to check the event video history?

I first noticed this about three or four months ago. It is not showing any error codes and when it’s off-line when it disconnects from the Internet on its own, no I cannot see anything
