Nest hub not sending alerts or showing history

My freestanding camera is sending notifications and showing video history. The Hub Max is not sending alerts or showing history. How can I get the hub camera to send alerts and show video history?

Our Nest Hub Max only displays "Visitor announcements" because our Google Nest doorbells are configured to send "Visitor announcements", but there's no way to send people or motion alerts from our Google Nest cameras or doorbells to our Nest Hub Max. And we cannot view history on our Nest Hub Max. For older cameras, we can view history in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website. For newer cameras, we can only view history in the Google Home app on our phones or mobile devices.
