Nest hub screen dead

Hi team, 

Nest hub screen has black lines all over, can't see anything. Everything else works fine. Please help.

When you unplug it for 30 seconds or longer and then power it up, does it continue to show the black lines?

Have you tried factory resetting it to see if that helps?
