I’m in Australia. Only got this the day free from our telco and was looking forward to user g the sleep sensor on this but on my screen when I hit the settings part on the screen won’t open so I can not change anything in settings I only got settings on top and to change themes and pictures that’s all that shows up. Any idea
Please assist. I tried to connect to a conference using Zoom on my Nest Hug Max, but it wouldn't work. Enter your meeting code was the response from Google, however it led to a blank screen and no further action could be taken. I started over by setting up Google Nest from scratch. My Zoom account was de-linked, and I am unable to re-link it. You cannot approve Google Assistant while trying to link, and you cannot install this app without the developer's account. Please get in touch with the app's creator to install. Not sure what to do next?
Please try to plug in the device to a different power outlet, then attempt a reset. If unresolved, perform the workaround below: At the back of the Nest display, unplug the power cord and wait for 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until the screen with the "G" logo shows up. Repeat the first step, 10 more times

@Rj78, for the Sleep Sensing option on your Nest Hub 2nd Gen, if it's now showing yet, do a factory reset to revert it back to its default settings and set it up again. Here's how to reset your Nest Hub 2nd Gen:
