Nest hub - white screen only

My Google nest hub is only displaying a white screen.

I have tried a reboot and a factory reset multiple times and it always returns to a white screen.

I have also reinstalled the app on my phone.

On the display I have checked the software version: 54.103.7.577294944

On the hub app:

System firmware version: 14.20230831.4.72

Cast firmware version: 3.71.387262

Your current IP address probably on a filter list. To test:
1, remove the device from your home
2, factory reset it
3, please try to make a hotspot with your phone (you'll need two phones for this) register your device temporary to the hostspot wifi what you run on your phone, also connect with your other phone where you have your Google Home installed, and add the Nest with this wifi network setup, If it works, you can do it again with your own wifi, if the first works, and the second not, your home IP address filtered, if you maintain VPN please exclude the device, if you don't have, you may want to change ISP.

Hello kendiandleigh,

My apologies for the late response. I appreciate WillyHun's help here. I understand the frustration that comes with having screen issues on your Google Nest Hub. We'll work together to find the root cause of the problem.

A few questions:

  • When did the behavior start?
  • Was the device dropped or knocked over?
  • Is the display's Assistant working?
  • When and where you purchase your device?

To help us get a better picture of what's happening, do you mind sharing a photo?

Cheers,

Muddi
