Hi harriskaravasil,

Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: when did it begin? When it happens, do you receive a notification that your Nest Cam (indoor, wired) is offline? Were there any recent changes made before it started? What steps have you taken so far?

I look forward to your response.

Regards,

Juni

It began suddenly, I don't remember when. Something like 3-6 months ago.

The camera do not go offline. Hub gen2 shows the camera an then after sometime the screen goes black when I check the camera from my mobile it's shows the picture. I restarted the router I tried a lot of wifi freqs I factory reset both displays nest gen2 and the camera but the problem stays. I think it is firmware bug. Is there anything we can do?

I have tried 3 routers and 2 different internet sources but the problem insists. Also the routers are in the same room.
