Nest maxi unable to load settings

My Nest Maxi is connected to a wifi network.  I have a nest router and network and I want the Nest Maxi Hub connected to my Nest Wifi.  In trying to change the wifi I need to open settings in the google home app for this device.  Settings won't open and I get the message above.  I've turned off the next maxi and turned it on again after a few minutes, reinstalled the google home app, rebooted my phone but still get the same message. Help!

Hi @KG7 

Try doing a full factory reset. Then you will just set up your device as you did when it was new out of the box.

@KG7, I want to check if you were able to follow the support article to reset as provided above. Let me know if that helps in setting up the Google Nest Hub Max with your Nest Wifi or not.
