My google nest mini disconnects every 1 or 2 days at night. Its completely usesless because when i need it i first need to connect it. I also have 2 google home mini's running with no problem at all!

Are you using wifi extenders that could be dropping the nest mini connection? Is band steering enabled for your system? Have you tried a factory reset for the mini that keeps disconnecting?

The nest mini is within 50cm of the original modem with wifi 6 and 2.4 or 5ghz wifi. Also tried resetting it for about 3 times.

Okay so that answers some question, but also raises a worry.
Remaining question is, does your router have band steering enabled?
And being so close to the wifi router you may actually be getting a bad signal due to an overpowered signal which can cause distortion and dropped devices. This is speculation as 20 inches (50cm) isn't TOO close , but it is fairly close, I would suggest moving it to at least 5 feet away for a few days just to test if that's the culprit. But disable band steering as that could still be causing the issue as well!

I checked and the nest mini gets 2.4. I dont want band steering off because of all the other wifi device in my house that use the 5ghz version.
The werd part is that the google home mini's and chromecast etc are working seamlessly.

Okay, so then try what I suggested in my last post, move it so that it is at least 5 feet away from the router and see if it can stay online, as the signal may be overpowered for where its currently located.

Google nests still resetted every day. Returned it and bought another one that works fine.
