Nest mini 2 can’t connect

Hello and from me . I try now several months to connect nest mini 2 .

i have read all articles at Google but nothing helps me .

the main problem is that the nest mini at the stage to add device it not appear .

even at iPhone device either android devise 

that I have done at least now

 

1 -reset device ( I close the mic and put finger up from device wait 15-20 seconds restart, I here that “ download google  home app to start” I already have the app , nothing happen

 

2- replace router same password same name nothing 

change name router and password nothing happens again 

can’t appear the device

3- I search at iPhone WiFi settings can’t find nest mini ( if it has WiFi by owns or at Bluetooth no devise nest mini)

4 - I unplug for 5 minute and after that I begin for 10 times unplug only the power at the device not fro the wall until 4 dots appear I make it 10 times with mic off and 10 times with mic on. 
either to ways nothing happens again. 
5- I try to see if the nest mini is linked with another home or email , I search all my emails and all house . I delete all house I find ( at this houses no add nest mini found) 

6 - I tear down it to see if any chips missing . All was at their place . 
 

7 - I search at my Google acc and Google home all settings can’t find anywhere if is already the nest mini added

 

the problems still here even so much trying 

I went to Google home 

click add device , it search by owns nothing happen , I go to speaker again search nothing happen,

I went it near the router , far from router , and neighbour router( that’s is joke) nothing happens 

can pls anyone pls can help me before I went it to trust or smash it? 
where is my wrong 

7 months try to connect nothing 

the last use it was at 8/2022 from there nothing
