I have 3 2nd gen Home Minis. I have a new ISP and apparently you can't just switch networks on the mini like you can with other devices. Anyway, I got my other 2 minis set up, but the 3rd one keeps telling me that it was set up by another user and I have to do a factory reset. (FYI, I had to do this on one of my other minis and it worked fine). This mini won't let me do it via the sensor. Maybe it's not working. I tried the "unplug, wait 10 seconds, re-plug X 11", like I read about. It tells me that my unit isn't set up. But when I go and add it, I get the same Factory reset request. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Have you tried the factory reset as described in this Help topic?

Yes.

So I did this:
This got me to where I needed to be, but when I go to the app and try to add the speaker, it tells me that someone else set it up and I can't do it.

You are beyond my knowledge level.
It sounds like, in spite of everything you've done, the factory reset did NOT occur and your Nest Mini STILL has its old configuration data.
