Nest mini alarm.not always working

Hi, sometimes when I have set an alarm on my Google nest mini it will simply not go off. I have noticed that when this happens, if I ask it "why didn't my alarm go off" it says that it has sent information to my phone but nothing appears.  A regular daily alarm set always goes off, but an alarm set for later in the day doesn't always go off whichis very awkward a I work irregular hours.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with Google Nest Mini device’s alarm. Let’s further look into it. Do you have other Google Home devices aside from your Google Nest Mini? If yes, have you tried to set an alarm for a later date and see if it will go off? 

Check if your alarms were properly set:

• Open the Google Home app > Devices > Tap your Google Nest Mini.
• Choose Settings > Audio > Alarms and Timers.
