1. Is "rooms lamp 1" the name of the light?
Try Reconnecting the third party app to Google Home.
2. Are you speaking into the Nest speaker designated for that Room?
3. Is it the only light in that Room?
If the answer to 2 and 3 are "yes", then try "Turn on light"

Hi @Alionel87,
@SmartHomeH-TAGS Thanks for the recommendations and questions.
Thank you for posting in the community. I understand your Nest Mini (1st Gen) is not responding to commands like "OK Google, turn off room lamp" and instead states, "Sorry, the device has no setup yet. Please set up the device." This is certainly not the expected behavior, especially if the Nest Mini itself seems connected. I'm here to help you get your commands working again.
The message "Sorry, the device has no setup yet. Please set up the device" suggests that either the Nest Mini itself isn't fully set up or connected to your account, or the specific device you're trying to control ("room lamp") isn't properly linked or recognized by your Google Home setup.
To help me understand what might be happening and provide you with the best troubleshooting steps, could you please answer a few questions?
Is your Nest Mini (1st Gen) currently connected to Wi-Fi and appearing online in the Google Home app?
Can your Nest Mini respond to other basic commands, such as "Hey Google, what time is it?" or "Hey Google, tell me a joke?" This helps confirm if the Nest Mini itself is generally functioning.
How is "rooms lamp" set up? Is it a smart bulb, a smart plug, or part of a larger smart home system (like Philips Hue, SmartThings, etc.)?
Is "rooms lamp" (or whatever device you're trying to control) appearing correctly and controllable within the Google Home app on your phone/tablet? Try turning it on/off directly from the app.
Have there been any recent changes to your Wi-Fi network (e.g., new router, changed password) or to your smart home device setup?
Have you tried unlinking and relinking the smart home service (e.g., the app for your smart lamp/plug) within the Google Home app's "Works with Google" section?
I'll look forward to your response so we can work towards getting your Nest Mini to control your devices.
Regards,
Kevin
