Nest mini is not responding

Keep saying the mic is off and the four dots orange light is on permanently but the mic button is on physically. If anyone comes across this kind of issue.

@Dire 

Have you tried just rebooting your Nest Mini by unplugging it for a minute?

@Dire, try to factory reset your Google Nest Mini. Doing this will set it back to its default settings — you need to set up Google Nest Mini once done. Let us know how it goes.

I did that too so many times. The issue came up right away after the factory reset.

@Dire 

If turning your microphone switch off and on a few times (in case it's someone stuck between settings) does not fix the problem, you could try contacting Support; on the "Resources" page just click on "Next step" (to get to the contact options page) rather than clicking on the suggested help topics.
