Nest mini keeps resetting

Ive several nest 2 minis. One that’s close to the router has started resetting every few days. I’ve reset back to default several times but it still resets. Any one had this?

Tenho um nest mini 2 com o mesmo problema a vários meses. Até agora nada que eu fiz resolveu.

Thank you for getting in touch. I completely understand the frustration of dealing with a Google Nest Mini that keeps resetting. To confirm, are you prompted to set up the device again each time it resets or does it simply lose connection to the network? How frequently does this issue occur? Also, are you still using the original power cable that came with the speaker? Lastly, is the speaker plugged directly into a power outlet or are you using a power strip or extension cord?

Normalmente eu preciso reconfigurar ele a cada 3 dias.  
O cabo de energia é o original que veio junto ao aparelho. O nest mini está ligado diretamente na tomada. 
Já fiz diversas tentativas de resolver o problema como por exemplo: resetar aos padrões de fabrica, trocar de rede wifi, deixar desligado por vários dias, configurar a partir de um aparelho diferente etc 

 

Versão do firmware do sistema: 375114
Firmware do Google Cast: 2.57.375114
Idioma: pt-BR

Tenho um nest mini 2 com o mesmo problema a alguns meses já. Nada resolveu até agora.

Hi, I’m prompted to set the device up again in the app. It happens every 2-3 days on only one mini. It’s using the original power cable and plugged straight in to the wall socket.

Hi everyone,

 

Open the Google Home app > Favorites > Tap the bell icon at the top right. Do you see a history or event about your Google Nest Mini device being removed from your home? Also, Nobby_1963, kindly provide the Cast firmware version of your Google Nest Mini device.

There are numerous entries of the mini being added and two of it being removed, this was when I tried full resets of the mini. Cast firmware version: 2.57.375114

My warranty claim was immediately rejected by Google. Time to look for alternatives, won’t buy Google again!
