Nest mini looses connectivity - south africa

We bought a Nest mini for my mother who is sight challenged. It keeps losing connectivity and says it's not connected. To fix we have to delete the device and set it up again. It's fine for a day and then next morning it's gone and Google doesn't see the device. And we do it all over again. So annoying!

Hi Tanya_A_Pitcher,

 

This is not the experience we want you to have; let us help you. A few questions: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord from your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
